WHAT MAKES IT NEW YORK STYLE?
Our 18" pies are designed to be shared (or not—we don't judge). Hand-tossed, never rolled, so you get that uneven, blistered crust. High-heat deck oven for a crispy bottom with just enough chew. Slices big enough to fold. That's the New York way.
We use high-protein bread flour for structure, whole milk mozzarella for that perfect melt, and a tomato sauce that lets the crust shine.
GRANDMA PIZZA
Grandma pizza is named after the Italian grandmothers who made it at home—sauce on top of cheese, thin and crispy, loaded with garlic. It's a New York invention born from nonnas who didn't have time for complicated. Light, flavorful, perfect. The kind of pizza that makes you wish your grandma was Italian.

In the 1980s, a New York pizzeria put vodka sauce on pizza. It was genius. Our VODKARONI is our tribute to that innovation.
